Awesome place! We stayed with 4 kids and 4 adults and it accommodated our needs perfectly. Great views and the beach and forest right outside of the pool area. Also loved the restaurant that is across the street. Would definitely love to return at some point.

Nice villa within walking distance to the beach. The outdoor space was fantastic. The restaurant across the street was wonderful with very friendly staff. We had a lovely stay overall. The stairs were a bit steep and certain sections had no rails. It would be totally fine for adults, but with children, it was a little dangerous.

Our family of five stayed at Cedar Forest villa for two weeks and it was amazing. Konstantinos and his wife went the extra mile to accommodate, they were warm and friendly. They had great recommandations, the place was specious, ultra clean, the pool was a bonus and the walk through the cedar forest and the sand dunes to the beach was amazing. Sunset from your balcony every night, other beaches near by and a great restaurant across the street. I highly recommend this place. A car is needed if you want to explore the island. Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans la villa Cedar, qui est encore plus belle en personne que dans l'annonce. Nous étions un groupe de 9 composé de deux familles et nous avons eu tout l'espace voulu pour que chacun soit à l'aise. Les espace de vie commune (salon et salle à manger) sont petits dans la villa, mais avec le bel été de Naxos, nous avons passé tout notre temps dehors sur les différentes terrasses ou au bord de la piscine. La villa est très bien équipée et d'une propreté exemplaire, avec la visite du personnel d'entretien aux deux jours. Notre hôte nous a même laissé à boire et à manger lors de notre arrivée! L'accès à la plage derrière la villa est très facile, la mer était un peu agitée mais la baignade très agréable. Plusieurs autres plages sont à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Il faut louer une voiture pour bien profiter du séjour.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. There were 9 of us and it was roomy and comfortable. The best airbnb we have stayed at. The hosts were so helpful. They helped us with our luggage and organising car rental, gave us advice on sites to see and restaurants to visit. We also had a fridge full of goodies. We loved it so much can’t wait to return

We loved our stay here.. The host was so helpful and friendly, the house was super clean and in a really lovely spot, with a wonderful restaurant right across the road! The access to the beach was so easy and we also loved the outdoor amenities!

We've been to Naxos many times and I can honestly say this may be the best villa on the island! It's in the perfect location, with the most friendly knowledgable hosts on the island, and also has all the amenities you could ask for! The pool area is incredible with great lounge chairs, outdoor sitting space, a pool bar, and it's all within walking distance of an incredible (essentially) private beach on the Aegean. The walk to the beautiful beach is through gorgeous Cedar forest (about 150 meters). The host and owner gave us recommendations for the best restaurants and sites to visit on the island. Kiriaki (the main host) was friendly and really easy to contact for any questions or issues (although we had none). Despite preferring to keep it a secret, we would highly recommend this villa to ANYONE!! We'll be back soon 🙂

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 toddler) stayed at this villa for 4 nights and it exceeded all expectations! The villa is spacious with lots of room for a group. The host kindly left a number of breakfast items, which was super thoughtful. The pool is beautiful, with lots of places to lounge and enjoy the sun. The views from the villa are just spectacular - you can see the dunes and the ocean in the distance. There’s a little supermarket just down the road and an excellent restaurant - Faros - just across the street (we ate there 3 nights in a row). All in all, a perfect setting for a beach vacation and a great base for exploring Naxos. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Kiriaki from the property management company, who went above and beyond at every instance. She met us at the port when our ferry arrived, arranged a transfer to the villa, dropped our rental car off at the villa, etc. She was a dream to deal with and made sure everything went super smoothly!

Wow, wow, wow… The first wow is for the location, Cedar forest villa is quiet and secluded and only 5 minutes walk from a long beach. You are away from the tourist throng, we regularly walked along the beach and only saw a handful of people over three days. Second wow, the villa itself, it is magnificent, very well laid out with distinct living and entertaining areas. Around the pool there are three different areas you can choose to eat or sit and enjoy a drink. Indoors all the spaces are large and bright. The upstairs bedrooms have endless views out into the bay, downstairs the bedrooms spill out onto a large covered veranda. The final wow must go to the host, Kiriaki was welcoming, attentive and brimming with recommendations and suggestions of places and establishments we might visit. You definitely need a car, but Alyko is easy to get to and a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of Naxos town. A luxurious oasis, highly recommended.

This place was amazing!!! Beautiful house with the best outdoor area, we had so much fun at the pool, and it is walking distance to different beaches and a fun restaurant. But definitely rent a car to see the rest of the island. The host pointed out spots on a map during check in and all her recommendations were great! We told her we were traveling for our wedding anniversary and there was a cake, flowers, a card, and champagne waiting for us when we got there! That was above and beyond!!! We have zero complaints and would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!

We were a group of 7 gals here on vacation / working remotely. We loved the house! A beautiful short walk through the gorgeous cedar forest to what felt like our own private beach 🙂 *you can sun/bathe nude! Home was large enough for all of us, clean, had everything we needed and some treats provided for us upon arrival which was so nice, pool was great to have AND we fell in love with the restaurant across the street (faros) and ate there almost every day. We did rent a car for a few days towards the end of our week long stay which I do think is a good idea but otherwise, we were happy to stay in our little vacation bubble at the house/beach. *was a bit challenging for multiple people to work remote as the WiFi is not strong but our host did everything to help and we were able to do some work across the street at the restaurant we would LOVE to come back!!!

The villa is pretty new and spacious. We had everything what we wanted. The location is good for people looking for tranquility. The villa is very near to the beach. You need a car to move around. The owner is very friendly and gave us good recommendations. We enjoyed our journey

Perfect stay with an amazing host. The place looks even better in person, is very clean and the views are spectacular. Beds are comfortable, pool is great, and the beach is just a short walk through the cedar forest. Loved the smell of cedar from the forest as well. So beautiful and would happily stay again. Not sure if this would help others but the beds were quite large (all beds were king sized but one which was a queen?) — from Canadian sizing

We decided to stay in Naxos after a seven day cruise. Finding this amazing place was just what we needed. Quiet, spacious, pool, amazing beach and close enough to drive to sites we wanted to see. We would absolutely all book again should we find ourselves going back to Naxos. We highly recommend you book with Konstantinos and enjoy one of the best accommodations we had while in Greece!

Staying at Konstantinos villa was the absolute highlight of our vacation. Waking up to the incredible ocean view & sounds made it difficult to leave ! From our first communication, quick replies, and friendly suggestions he & his team made our first time experience in Naxos smooth and seamless. Our family was truly grateful and will be back one day.

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus überaus zufrieden. Das moderne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Bei der Ankunft am späten Abend wurden wir freundlich am Flughafen in Empfang genommen und zum Ferienhaus begleitet. Dort fanden wir im Kühlschrank bereits die ersten, zuvor eingekauften Lebensmittel vor. Welch ein Service! Die Zimmer und der Pool wurden mehrmals wöchentlich gereinigt, jedes Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage und eine Faltjalousie zur Mückenabwehr. Der Pool ist auch gut für kleinere Kinder geeignet, da er unterschiedliche Niveaus hat. Der Weg zum herrlichen Sandstrand mit türkisfarbenem Wasser ist relativ kurz. Es war jedes Mal ein Genuss von den verschiedenen Terrassen des Hauses die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick über das Meer zu erleben. Vielen Dank an Konstantinos!

The villa is in a beautiful area right on the Cedar Forest and walking distance to several beaches that weren't busy even during peak tourist season.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa, qui est très bien placée et très bien équipée. La vue sur les dunes, sur la mer et la proximité à pied d'une plage magnifique et quasi déserte, que demander de mieux? Merci à notre hôte qui a non seulement été accueillant, nous a bien pris en charge a l'arrivée, mais aussi très agréable et de très bon conseil sur les restaurants et activités à faire. La mise q disposition à notre arrivée du nécessaire pour un petit déjeuner, de boissons.. est un vrai plus. On se sent accueillis Nous voyageons beaucoup dans les cyclades depuis près de 20 ans. Et c'est pour nous la meilleure location et le meilleur accueil. Nous reviendrons et je recommande les yeux fermés.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. A week away with friends in the perfect house. Hopefully we will be able to come back some day!

Top location close to the beach, supermarket and restaurant

We were super happy to stay here. The home is beautiful and in a great location. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. One note for future guests: the beach that is walkable is used as a nude beach. We were there with our children and had to adjust our plans. There are other great beach options that are a 3 minute drive.

We had an incredibly memorable and wonderful stay at the Villa Alkyo! The place was in perfect shape and looked just like the photos. The rooms were spacious and the villa had every amenity you could ask for. The location was also unbeatable. It was a short walk through a beautiful Cedar forest to a fantastic beach and also just down the street from a delicious Taverna. It was so easy to communicate with the very friendly host. She answered all of our questions quickly and helped us rent a car before we arrived so we could drive from the port (it is definitely worth renting a car in Naxos, there are many towns and areas to explore). When we arrived she showed us to the villa and then pointed out some of the best local attractions, beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend a stay here!!

The cedar villa exceeded my expectations. Beautiful, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, unexpected additional kitchen amenities (fruit, Nespresso coffee, charcuterie, bread) private pool, amazing sunset views from the balconies, and a private entrance to the beach, to name a few. The restaurants nearby were convenient, friendly and delicious. Also, a well stocked market close by. The host was very responsive and the cohost met us at the port, escorted us to the car rental company, then directed us from the rental car company direct to the villa making the check in process very easy. This is a very special place I would go back to again and again.

The home, the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the view and the cats were all fantastic! Beds were also comfortable. The host was quick to respond. The house had a few issues to be aware of: no hot water during the day. The host provided directions to make this work but even after that, we had cold showers. Additionally the drain of the bottom floor shower did not drain - even after the host came to fix. The host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We also did not realize this is a duplex. Our neighbors were loud into the night. Overall, the house was lovely and the host was responsive. This is a great home for families - the kids loved the pool and we all loved the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Een geweldige villa in een prachtig duingebied met mooie cederbomen. Het huis is ruim, zeer luxe en erg comfortabel. Een heerlijk zwembad. Je loopt vanuit je terras in drie minuten naar een prachtig zandstrand dat langzaam afloopt. Kortom echt een aanrader voor een grote familie of twee stellen zoals wij.

This rental is a beautiful Place stunning location great host. It is a great location if you like to kite and super area for long morning and evening walks. The house is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable for 4 couples .

Had a lovely stay at Villa Alyko. Location was about a 40 minutes drive from the port as well as cute hill towns like Chalkio and Filoti. The apartment has beach access within a 5min walk but we spent a lot of time hanging out in our private loungers and pool. Apartment is very clean and AC worked great. We appreciated the welcome items such as water, bread, and fruit. Housekeeping came by once during our 5nt stay but we didn’t need anything. There are wifi access points throughout the house but speed was below 10 Mbps so fine for basic surfing but problematic for video calls (we are working remote).

The villa is absolutely amazing, we had the best time. The forest and the beach in right front of the building are so beautiful. There is also a very good restaurant, where we've been a couple of times - it is only 1 min walk. We loved our stay at Konstantinos house!

The best location on the island.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and we would not hesitate to stay there again. We loved the stunning views from the bedrooms and porch, and the ample space for two families to gather for a joint vacation. The house is one of four structures, built in a row in a relatively isolated spot that is overlooking the dunes and ocean. This particular home is one half of a building that includes two homes, so you can occassionally hear conversations of guests on the "other side" of the shared wall to the south and see into the rear yard of the adjoining property on the north side. You reach the sea by crossing the rolling dunes that separate the property from a long, beautiful, fine-sand beach. We didn't feel we needed a car for our entire stay, but would recommend one for at least part of a visit, as the home is far from any kind of village and 30 minutes from Naxos Town. (Make sure to reserve your car far in advance as cars can become difficult to find and expensive at the last-minute during the high season.) The restaurant across the street is excellent and a grocery is a ten minute walk. Be aware that the house does not come with beach equipment, so visitors should bring their own tent / chairs, or buy them at the nearby grocery, which will deliver for purchases over 25 euros. The cleaning person who came twice in the week (to change the linens, mop the floor and deliver fresh towels) was a lovely touch. Taxis from the airport / port cost 45 euro. Overall, we'd highly recommend this property for people looking for a relaxing vacation overlooking the sea.

The villa is perfect, the proximity to the sea is a plus! With beautiful sunsets every evening There are two small supermarkets within walking distance (they can deliver), and there is a delicious restaurant next door. New clean and fully equipped villa. We were 2 families , total 10 guests. Everything was clean and modern. Plenty of room to relax in and out of villa. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets from the balconies. Kitchen fully stocked - picked up groceries from local mini-market, bbq in backyard was a nice bonus. Housekeeping came by to freshen up the place and change out all linen ( bed and towels). Pool area: beautiful size pool - kids had a blast. Plenty of Sun beds, outdoor bar/sink area with mini fridge. Outdoor shower to wash off after the beach that is 5 min walk away. Beach is really private and peaceful. This villa is in a remote part of island. If your looking to get away from the crowds and just unwind in nature - this is the perfect place. Hosts were welcoming and facilitated transport to and from villa! Highly recommend staying here!

What a beautiful villa. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. If you plan on exploring the island you will definitely need a car or quad bike. The cleaner comes every two days, which is great but maybe more often than really needed. Sunsets from the villa are stunning.

The house is located a 30 minute drive from the ferry port. It is at a gorgeous cedar/ sand dune forest with very private access to the beach and walking trails. The beach is fine grain sand and very long. The house is spacious and modern. There a two smaller bedrooms upstairs with great views and two larger bedrooms on the lower floor. The middle floor has a nice kitchen and living room. The kitchen was sufficiently stock for us to make breakfasts. There is a nicely stocked but small grocery store 3 minute drive and a nice restaurant walking distance. The photos of setting and pool describe the place well. Check in was very convenient with an agent meeting us at the port and driving with us to the house.

We didn't want to leave this beautiful property! The pool area is paradise and a short walk away from the super unique Alyko Beach. The house is very spacious and was plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. The hosts were incredibly helpful -- from arranging to have a birthday cake/decorations set up for my son's birthday, to arranging several drivers and making suggestions on activities, restaurants, etc. We really loved being on the island but away from the busier Naxos City. You do need a car or a driver if you want to explore other areas of the island, but that would be the case regardless of where you stay on Naxos! There's a supermarket about a 10-15 minute walk up the road from the property, and a really great restaurant right across the street. We would highly recommend!

The Cedar Forest Villa was absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for our girls getaway of 8. Stunning views, refreshing pool, private access to the beach with beautiful sunset views. Alexandra went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, including helping us with car rentals and boat bookings. The neighborhood is quiet and about 30 min drive from Chora (where the ferry arrives). The villa had everything we needed to sleep, cook, and enjoy our time on Naxos. We would absolutely and highly recommend staying here!
